Berry Protein Smoothie

Life happens fast & sometimes eating and meal planning can take a back seat. Whether I am buried in school work, on the road, or on a bender at work, a healthful meal always helps me find balance in the chaos of day to day life.  This smoothie demands very little prep work and is easy to prepare ahead of time or when I find myself in a bind. Packed with plant protein (waddupp), omega 3’s and antioxidants, it is hearty enough as a substitute for breakfast or lunch. Just the perfect energy boost I need to get through the day. Get it!!

Blueberry Protein Smoothie

  • One pack of silken tofu
  • 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy as smoothie bowl or pour into your fave mason & enjoy.
